Meet & Greet Process
- Once we receive your information, we will review all the important details regarding the care of your pet and home to ensure that our services are a great fit for your family.
- We will then schedule a convenient time for a meet & greet, where we can discuss any questions you may have and exchange all necessary information. During this time, we will also finalize any pet-related details, such as feeding schedules and exercise routines. We will also collect any house keys and/or lockbox access needed for our services.

Booking and Managing Services
Download our app from the App Store or Google Play to easily book and manage your pet care services. Once your Meet & Greet is completed, you can set up cat sitting, dog walking, or drop-in visits right from your mobile device or computer.
Simply request your desired dates and we'll review and approve your services before sending you a confirmation. You can then confirm and pay your invoice directly through the app, check upcoming services, and even send us messages.
